Process Policy Manager

We are seeking a skilled Process Policy Manager to join our team. As a Process Policy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of various liabilities & payment products as per regulators like RBI / Internal Audit Teams/ NPCI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Implementation and adherence of all compliance related items and help in external and internal audits.
  • Responsible for strengthening systems, control and Processes for robust internal and external compliance.
  • Liaison with different departments and make sure all RBI related circulars are strictly adhered to.
  • Good understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, Fraud Management.
  • Responsible for all regulatory reporting related to policies and processes including reporting to RBI / AML / CPU Teams.
  • Determine impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches / Customers / Products.
  • Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.
  • Build synergies and efficiencies by way of customer centric processes.
  • Interact and co-ordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective and efficient delivery within specified timelines.
  • Draft and review process guidelines for Product Teams; Act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies & processes.
  • Identify duplicate, redundant and unproductive tasks in processes with an aim to reduce costs and improve productivity of the front line staff.
  • Ensure Processes and policies are aligned to internal and external guidelines.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in setting up policies & processes for Liabilities Products. An MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college is preferred.
