Pursuing a career in Machine Learning Operations demands dedication and expertise. Prior experience of over two years working with Machine Learning Operations and Data Science is required.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • To thrive in this role, you must be proficient in deploying, monitoring, and scaling Machine Learning models on cloud platforms such as AWS (SageMaker, EKS, Lambda) or GCP (Vertex AI, GKE, Cloud Functions).
  • You will build and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for Machine Learning workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or cloud-native tools.
  • Containerization and orchestration of workloads with Docker and Kubernetes are essential skills, along with infrastructure management via Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Implementing model registries, feature stores, and observability using MLflow, Feast, Prometheus, and Grafana will also be crucial.
  • Collaboration with data scientists to operationalize Machine Learning models for personalization, recommendations, and Natural Language Processing is key.
  • Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, SQL) is expected.
  • Bonus skills: real-time Machine Learning serving, A/B testing, or media/recommender systems would be advantageous.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with subscription, media, or recommender systems could be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of experiment design and causal inference would be valuable.
  • Exposure to real-time Machine Learning serving (KFServing, Seldon, Ray Serve) is desirable.

Education:

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field is necessary.
