Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, integration technologies, and security frameworks.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy HCM integration solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust HCM integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, and OIC.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop tailored integration solutions.
  • Lead incident handling, server administration, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Create and optimize OTBI and BI reports to meet business needs.
  • Implement security best practices, data loaders, and HCM approval workflows.
  • Collaborate in Agile development environments using GitHub, Jira, and related tools.
