Lead Data Scientist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to spearhead our team's efforts in Machine Learning and Generative AI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ML projects from research and experimentation to production deployment.

In this role, you will explore and implement state-of-the-art research in ML and Generative AI, build and optimize deep learning and machine learning models for complex business challenges, collaborate across teams to turn insights into scalable products, and mentor junior data scientists and interns to help them grow with impactful projects.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for ML project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Design and optimize complex machine learning models using cutting-edge techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure successful product launches.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and interns to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications.
  • Ability to convert theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
