Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CAD Specialist to join our team. As a CAD Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures related to post-sanction activities in the Wholesale Banking segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of policies and process related to all post sanction activities of Wholesale Banking segment considering the internal Bank policies & regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring that the all-related process is standardized & implemented across segment & locations
  • To develop checks & controls to ensure all operational and regulatory risks are mitigated through transaction checks being done by external CA's/external vendors
  • To periodically test the validity of control mechanism & bring in the required modifications to be aligned to changing Business requirement
  • Providing specification for system development/modifications for developing inbuilt system controls related to the activities undertaken by transaction team
  • Conducting User acceptance tests(UAT) for system specifications provided
  • Training people on regular basis so as to create awareness of process changes
  • Review of Audit reports, RCSA reports so as to ensure the controls as mentioned in point 3 are reviewed periodically
