Product Security Engineer II Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Security Engineer II to support security governance for customer-facing products and services across full development lifecycles.

This role is critical in managing end-to-end security sign-off processes, coordinating security review workflows, and leading security exception management programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage security sign-off processes and track timelines to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate security reviews, assess risks, and approve exceptions.
  • Lead the security exception management program, including intake, assessment, and approval tracking.
  • Facilitate cross-functional security meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain security metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Oversee risk posture documentation and communicate trends to leadership.
  • Coordinate AI governance processes for generative AI implementations.
  • Drive process improvements and automation opportunities within security operations.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • 4-8 years of experience in coordination, preferably in security or risk domains.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with security review processes and exception management.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and risk management principles.
  • Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles and governance considerations.
  • Good communication skills with ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in tracking tools, documentation systems, and process management.
  • Security-related certifications or training like CompTIA Security+, CISSP Associate, or AI/ML Security.
