Product Designer

Zeno Health is seeking a skilled Product Designer to lead the design process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead the product design process to ship high-quality products.
  • Deliver user and business value with UX impact measured through quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Conduct qualitative user research, including interviews, focus groups, and field observations.
  • Craft UI on Figma and conduct usability tests in low-fi wireframes.
  • Ensure offline UX and UI are in sync with the app's UX and UI wherever applicable.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of work experience in a consumer internet product design role, especially in e-commerce apps and websites.
  • Experience in information architecture, visual hierarchy, and interaction design patterns.
  • Experience using over-the-shoulder observation and session replay tools to identify choke points and opportunities.
  • Strong UI design experience on Figma, including auto layouts and dev hand-offs.
  • Evidence of advocacy for the user and evangelism for good design.
