Job Opportunity

• This role oversees ground crew operations in a specific region, focusing on effective manpower planning, vendor management, and collaboration with internal departments.

• A strong emphasis is placed on hiring efficiency, cost optimization, and crew retention through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crew & Field Team Management:
• Plan and execute crew manpower requirements city-wise and region-wise in alignment with organizational strategies.
• Manage performance, productivity, and engagement of the ground sourcing team.

• Vendor & Freelance Ecosystem Management:
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and onboard new vendor partners and freelancers to build a scalable and agile crew sourcing network.
• Manage ongoing vendor relationships to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency.

• Contact Centre & Recruitment Optimization:
• Oversee the regional crew contact center, ensuring high availability, responsiveness, and conversion from sourcing channels.
• Optimize the use of online job portals and digital platforms for crew hiring.
