We are seeking a Data Analytics Expert to deliver data-driven initiatives across the business. This role demands expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and algorithm development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data using advanced analytics tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Develop and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance.
  • Design and implement scalable algorithms tailored to business needs.
  • Visualize insights and communicate findings effectively using Power BI.
  • Automate data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, Power Query, and cloud-based tools.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor performance.
  • Track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 2 years' experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
  • Proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS
  • Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and automation of complex workflows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
