Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in managing paid ad campaigns on multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include planning, setting up, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive measurable results through performance marketing.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of audience targeting, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. They will also be responsible for monitoring ad performance, reporting on key metrics, and implementing strategies to improve return on ad spend (ROAS).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Proficiency in audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
  • Familiarity with performance measurement tools and Google Analytics.
  • Good command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis.
  • Ability to handle ad spends efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify effective creatives and audience segments.
  • Monitor ad performance, ROI, CPC, CTR, CPA, and report on key metrics regularly.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing creatives and ad copies.
  • Implement pixel tracking, events setup, and conversion tracking via various tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROAS.
