Job Description

Patient Counselor - IVF Treatment

  • In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, primarily focused on patient counseling for IVF treatments.
  • You will study the details of each offering and stay updated on any changes or updates to these offerings.
  • Your responsibilities will also include obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details, as well as calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of our services.
  • You will address clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions in a timely manner, noting important details of each conversation.
  • Furthermore, you will communicate verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closure and record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
  • Regular team meetings will be held to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
  • As a representative of Open Mind Services Limited, you are expected to conduct your functions with utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
Requirements
  • This is an estimated Rs 4.5 Lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • A strong communication skill is essential for this role, as you will be interacting with patients and clients regularly.
  • You should be proficient in Hindi, English, and Gujarati languages.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
