Job Title: Software Application Lead

As a Software Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring among team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Professional Requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution is essential.
- Experience with SAP configuration and customization is necessary.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues within the SAP environment is required.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP and other systems is advantageous.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- A full-time education of 15 years is required.
