Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the capture, analysis and translation of business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Challenge the status quo to uncover improvements in procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics and warehouse processes.
  • Design future-state supply chain solutions aligned to enterprise goals and S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams with a deep understanding of supply chain operations and SAP architecture.
  • Guide partners toward best practices and process optimizations supported by SAP.
Creating Business Cases:
  • Develop strong data-driven business cases that articulate the value of supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Align SAP roadmaps with broader supply chain and business strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in and measurable ROI.
  • Stay current on industry trends to inform solution recommendations.
Project Planning & Estimation:
  • Provide accurate estimates for solution design and implementation efforts.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to align resourcing and timelines with client expectations.
Architecture & Solution Design:
  • Lead solution architecture for complex SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management implementations.
  • Design integrated solutions across modules like MM, PP, EWM, TM and IBP.
  • Define architectural patterns that promote reusability, scalability and maintainability.
  • Advise clients on best-fit supply chain processes.
Client Relationship & Advisory:
  • Build relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Translate technical complexities into clear recommendations.
Implementation & Delivery Oversight:
  • Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA SCM implementations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Oversee quality in supply chain configuration, testing deployment and user adoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting with specialization in Supply Chain modules.
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA focused on supply chain functions.
  • Experience of S/4 HANA Public/Private Cloud Implementations.
  • Deep expertise in at least 3 SAP areas: MM, PP, WM/EWM, TM, IBP or APO.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain best practices and manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex global deployments.
