Internal Audit Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced internal auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct internal audits of all group companies, including departments and locations across 12+ countries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and efficient internal audits in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Review processes and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Draft high-quality audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and enhance processes.
  • Work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excel in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively with people in 12+ countries.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to internal audit.
  • Support the audit team in planning, executing, and concluding audit engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years of experience, including 3 years of articleship, or MBA (Finance) with 5-8 years' experience, or any other equivalent finance/internal audit qualification with 5-8 years of experience in Internal Audit.

  • Strong experience in internal audit, preferably across various departments or industries.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with people in 12+ countries.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to other countries.
