API Integration and Partnerships Specialist

This role involves managing end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
About the RoleAs an API Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for leading API integrations from start to finish. This includes collaborating with internal teams, defining integration requirements, maintaining integration roadmaps, and continuously monitoring and assessing integration performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead End-to-End API Integrations: Manage API integrations with new and existing partners to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with IT and commercial teams to support integration processes across all phases.
- Define Integration Requirements: Clearly define, document, and communicate integration requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain Integration Roadmaps: Develop and maintain integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
- Monitor Integration Performance: Continuously monitor and assess integration performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in API Integrations: Minimum 3 years' experience delivering API integrations, preferably within the travel technology sector.
- API-Based Systems Expertise: Strong understanding of API-based systems and REST/JSON/XML protocols.
- Project Management Skills: Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools like Jira and ClickUp.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
