Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the global IP Quality Team to drive quality management excellence.
  • Develop and implement a robust quality framework that aligns with industry standards.
  • Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives across the organization, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with design teams to optimize flows and procedures, ensuring seamless processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify defects and develop effective solutions.
  • Support the preparation of failure analysis reports to ensure accurate insights.
  • Generate quality metrics and defect metrics to analyze trends and inform management decisions.
  • Establish and maintain quality procedures that meet ISO9001 and ISO26262 standards.
  • Maintain quality certifications and monitor team adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in analog or digital IC design or verification, with a focus on semiconductor technology.
