About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Create end-to-end AI applications, taking them from conceptualization to working MVPs.
  • Experiment with various approaches, frameworks and models to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Rapidly ship prototypes and gather valuable feedback from real users.
  • Cycle through different ideas quickly and scale successful ones to production level.
  • Work closely with our founder to determine product direction and technical strategy.
Requirements
  • Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with leading AI/ML frameworks.
  • Prior experience in building and deploying applications, not just developing models.
  • A keen curiosity to try new ideas, learn from failures and iterate rapidly.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high-speed execution and adjusting directions based on data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work independently, own projects from start to finish, and make significant contributions to our team's success.
Bonus Skills
  • Prior experience working on AI-driven products, side projects or startups.
  • Knowledge of full-stack development for rapid prototyping and seamless integration.
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies and how technology drives business outcomes.
