Advanced AI Developer for Large Language Models

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models within a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) backend solution. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating AI agents into large language model workflows and understanding the complexities of LLM supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and optimize machine learning models using Python and related frameworks, ensuring seamless deployment and scaling in a Kubernetes environment.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide innovative AI solutions that meet business needs.
3. Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines using Python, including data manipulation and management with MySQL or MS SQL databases.
4. Implement and manage AI-driven workflows in a containerized application, ensuring effective handling of complex data pipelines and operational tasks.
5. Work with the Langchain framework to create and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies and AI agent interactions.
6. Participate in the evaluation and enhancement of AI models, continually improving their performance and scalability.
7. Assist in the design and implementation of monitoring tools to track model performance and health in production environments.
Requirements:
1. 6-8 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions.
2. Expert proficiency in Python programming for developing, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models.
3. Hands-on experience with MySQL or MS SQL databases for data manipulation and management in machine learning applications.
4. Proficiency in Kubernetes and OpenShift for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications.
5. Solid understanding and experience in RAG backend solution architectures.
6. Expertise in integrating AI agents into large language model workflows and understanding the complexities of LLM supervision.
7. Strong background in prompt engineering, with the ability to create and optimize prompts for LLMs.
8. Experience working with the Langchain framework for LLM-based applications.
9. Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and DevOps practices (CI/CD) for deployment automation.
10. Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
11. Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for AI and innovative technologies.
Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
