We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Developer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable AEM components, templates, and workflows.
  • Implement AEM-based solutions for websites and web applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Customize and integrate AEM with third-party tools and platforms as needed.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using AlpineJS, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Collaborate with designers and UX teams to translate wireframes and mockups into functional components.
  • Work closely with backend developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Authoring technical user stories, including Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
  • API and Schema review/approval
  • Defect triage
  • Technical root cause analysis
  • API error identification
  • Reviewing logs to identify technical issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM developer, including experience with AEM 6.x or later.
  • Expertise in AEM 6.x+, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher.
  • Mandatory Proficiency in AlpineJS and other front-end technologies (e.g., Typescript,Angular, React, , HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS).
  • Hands-on experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs and services
  • Hands-on experience with modern front-end build tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
  • Familiarity with Java-based development for AEM backends and Sling models.
  • Integration Experience:
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating AEM with external systems.
  • Experience with third-party integrations, including analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRMs.
  • Development Practices:
  • Solid understanding of responsive and accessible web development best practices.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
