Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with high net worth individuals to drive investment opportunities.
  • Implement targeted lead generation strategies, leveraging calls, emails, networking, and referrals to expand our prospect pool.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent follow-up and communication.
  • Client Engagement
  • Foster meaningful connections with clients to understand their investment needs and preferences.
  • Provide insightful guidance on the real estate fund structure, benefits, and value proposition to prospective investors.
  • Coordinate meetings between senior wealth managers or investment advisors and clients to close opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay abreast of market trends and developments in wealth management, investments, and real estate to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct research on HNI investor behavior and preferences to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Monitor and track lead progress, interactions, and conversion rates within our CRM system.
  • Deliver regular reports on lead generation, meeting scheduling, and pipeline movement to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or wealth consulting within BFSI, wealth management, or investment products.
  • Proven track record of success in HNI client acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, persistent, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and financial products.
