We are a specialized VFX studio based in Indonesia, seeking an experienced VFX Supervisor to mentor and direct our artists, particularly in the field of VFX.
- Enhance our team's expertise by providing Houdini Software Training for Film and Advertising needs, from basic to advanced in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Prioritize teaching RBD Fracture Simulation, Cloth Simulation, Water Simulation, Fire Simulation, Crowd Simulation, Grain Simulation, and Plant Instance Simulation techniques.
- Teach effective Lookdev methods to achieve convincing results for Clients.
- Offer solutions for integration from Houdini to Autodesk Maya and Blender or vice versa.
- Provide efficient training to in-house VFX Artists to enhance individual skills.
- Share insight into experience as a VFX Artist in global cinema.
- Previous experience as a VFX Supervisor for film, animation, or TV series productions.
- Knowledge of overall VFX workflow and understanding of production process.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Houdini software.
- In-depth knowledge of compositing principles (Nuke preferred).
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of Blender workflow.
- Portfolio demonstrating excellent skills and creative approach.
- Solid understanding of 3D modeling, lighting, and rendering techniques in Maya or Houdini.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Artistic skills with high attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and creativity.
- Proficiency in English language.
