Food Beverage Leader

This position is responsible for ensuring optimal service and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

• Ensuring Optimum Service:
  • Collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Inspect and rectify any deficiencies in staff grooming and attire, adhering to company standards.
• Pre-Opening and Closing Duties:
  • Prepare necessary supplies and tools, setting up the workspace efficiently.
  • Clean all equipment and areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Secure doors and facilities, ensuring safety and security protocols are met.
• Inventory Management:
  • Monitor storage areas for organization, proper use of FIFO, and cleanliness, preventing inventory shrinkage.
  • Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies, minimizing waste and excess stock.
• Dining Room Operations:
  • Supervise seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests, anticipating their needs.
  • Complete work orders for maintenance and repairs, addressing issues promptly.
• Leadership and Coaching:
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment Open Door Policy process, promoting open communication.
• Company Policies and Procedures:
  • Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures, maintaining compliance.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, prioritizing employee safety.
  • Participate in safety training and certifications, enhancing knowledge and skills.
• Guest Experience:
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, providing a warm welcome.
  • Anticipate and address guest service needs, offering personalized support.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation, showcasing empathy and gratitude.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating basic education requirements.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience, showcasing relevant skills and knowledge.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience, highlighting leadership abilities.
• License or Certification: None required, but certifications may be beneficial for career advancement.
