Job Title: Visual Storyteller and Motion Designer

Mission Summary

We're seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller and Motion Designer to join our cross-functional design team. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting high-impact, short-form video content that elevates brand messaging and drives consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, including social media ads, reels, in-app promotions, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with AI-powered tools to accelerate creative workflows, enhance storytelling, and drive performance.
• Experiment with generative AI platforms to prototype visual narratives and elevate brand messaging.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI seamlessly into the content pipeline, ensuring speed, quality, and innovation.
• Translate static visuals and UI designs into captivating motion assets that resonate with target audiences.
• Edit and assemble raw footage, screen recordings, or design assets into polished, engaging video content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design with a focus on short-form digital video content.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop, as well as knowledge of 2D animation principles and motion typography.
• Strong visual storytelling instincts, attention to pacing, rhythm, and detail, with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to feedback and iteration.
• Familiarity with Figma and 3D experience (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
