We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Claims Submission Agent.

  • This role is responsible for the timely submission of dental insurance claims, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit dental insurance claims electronically and manually with accuracy and timeliness
  • Review patient records, treatment plans, and insurance coverage to ensure proper coding and documentation
  • Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims; investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor accounts receivable reports and maintain current aging reports
  • Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and obtain payment status
  • Work with front office staff and patients to clarify billing inquiries and account balances
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental billing guidelines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years with claims and AR
  • Experience with dental management software
  • Excellent attention to detail and numbers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Full English proficiency
  • Microsoft Office skills and proficiency with G-suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc)
