About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Data Visualization Specialist to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for designing and developing compelling, visually engaging graphics that effectively communicate insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, deep understanding of data visualization principles, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design clear, engaging, and informative infographics, charts, and data visualizations for digital and print platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing and other stakeholders to understand data and storytelling objectives.
  • Develop static, interactive, and animated visualizations that enhance content strategy and engagement.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in data representation, adhering to best practices in visual storytelling.
  • Optimize graphics for various media, including websites, presentations, reports, and social media.
  • Maintain and evolve a cohesive visual style and brand consistency across all data-driven content.
  • Collaborate with designers to create interactive data visual experiences where applicable.
Required Expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in designing infographics, charts, and data-driven visuals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data storytelling, layout design, and typography.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into visually compelling narratives.
  • Experience working with corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
