Data Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations for our Identity & Access Management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring native Userdata is aggregated to Onecert and processes/procedures are followed without any deviations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be responsible for performing Monitoring activities to ensure data Quality and monthly metrics are achieved.

  • Ensure Userdata is refreshed to Onecert periodically, enabling effecting IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract and upload Userlists to Onecert, following established procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure all reports are generated and follow defined escalation process.
  • Fulfill requests from stakeholders for Userlists and Security Access Matrix documents.
  • Implement changes to Onecert catalogue based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Promote collaboration between teams for effective Userlists sourcing.
  • Mitigate risks associated with IAM processes and highlight potential security threats.
  • Support IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • SAILPOINT certifications
  • EXCEL VBA and MACROS certification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
