Job Title: Visual Designer

Role Overview:

  • Design & Visual Strategy: Create compelling and impactful visuals, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print media, including websites, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, posters, presentations, and more.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW to develop high-quality designs. Apply knowledge of Figma to create user interface (UI) designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and After Effects to produce simple animations and motion graphics for marketing materials.
  • Brand Development & Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines, delivering consistent and cohesive visual identities across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Creative Concepts & Innovation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas that align with the brand's goals, audience, and market trends.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and design quality is maintained.
  • File Preparation: Prepare production-ready design files, ensuring all assets are optimized for digital and print formats, including resolution, file types, and color modes.
  • Motion Graphics: Leverage After Effects to create engaging animations and motion graphics for use in digital advertising, social media, and promotional content.
  • Version Control & Feedback: Take ownership of design revisions and iterate quickly based on client feedback, ensuring the final designs meet project specifications.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and familiarity with Figma and After Effects.
  • Design Tools Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and basic knowledge of Figma and After Effects for creating static designs and motion graphics.
  • Creative Vision: Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, colour theory, layout, and composition, with the ability to create visually compelling content across different media.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision in all design elements.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work efficiently under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other designers, marketers, and developers to execute ideas and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts and ideas to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in design trends, software tools, and project requirements.
