Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring the high performance and scalability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance tests: Load, Stress, Endurance, etc.
  • Create and enhance test scripts with correlations, parameterization, and custom coding
  • Analyze performance results and identify bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in performance testing and engineering, with strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.

A successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze performance results, monitor applications, and identify bottlenecks. They will also possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in performance testing, experience with defect management tools (JIRA), and exposure to publishing blogs or articles on performance are valuable but not mandatory.
