Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR technology and payroll management. Your expertise in HRIS systems and payroll processes will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization's efficiency and compliance. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an HRIS and Payroll Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and optimizing our HRIS system to streamline HR processes and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborating with regional HR managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs and is updated with the latest features
  • Managing system integrations with other HR tools and platforms to facilitate seamless data flow
  • Developing and delivering training for HR, store teams, and management teams on using the HRIS and other HR automation platforms effectively
  • Identifying opportunities for automation within HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Implementing and managing automated workflows within HRIS and other platforms to support employee lifecycle management
  • Overseeing payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local, state, and central regulations
  • Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate payroll data reconciliation and reporting
  • Addressing and resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HRIS systems and payroll management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
