Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our fast-growing team.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and scaling automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing. Your primary focus will be on ensuring product quality across diverse AI-driven projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive end-to-end automation to improve coverage, speed, and reliability of releases.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in test automation.
  • Identify gaps in processes and proactively improve CI/CD pipelines with automated quality gates.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation testing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
  • Strong experience with API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
  • Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI/ML product testing or data-heavy applications.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
