This role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, taxation rules, and financial regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards. They will also assist with BAS, GST, and other tax-related filings, process payroll and superannuation contributions, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting, preferably working with Australian clients or companies.
  • Strong proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB software.
  • Solid understanding of BAS, GST, superannuation, and other Australian compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters.
