Senior Unreal Engine Artist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Unreal Artist to lead the development of immersive interactive experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality applications and real-time environments using Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging interactive applications and real-time experiences in Unreal Engine.
  • Lead project development from concept to final delivery, ensuring creative vision, performance, and deadlines are met.
  • Import, integrate, and manage assets from various software into Unreal workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create visually compelling and functional environments.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across various hardware and platforms.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, technical expertise, and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and Unreal Engine advancements, integrating them into production workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation of pipelines, technical processes, and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Extensive professional experience in Unreal Engine (blueprints, materials, lighting, level design).
  • Proven ability to create and optimize real-time projects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit for asset creation and integration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of architectural visualization workflows.
  • Familiarity with Maya or other 3D content creation tools.
  • Knowledge of rendering, shading, and PBR material workflows.
  • Experience with Blueprint scripting in Unreal.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional industry experience.
  • 5+ years dedicated to Unreal Engine development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing completed Unreal projects (games, archviz, simulations, or interactive applications).
  • Proven experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit in production environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
