Finance Director

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead our financial operations.

  • Job Description:
    • Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align treasury strategies with corporate objectives, provide insights on capital structure optimization, cost of capital, and investment opportunities, and lead financial due diligence and integration processes for mergers, acquisitions, or divestiture.
    • Risk Management & Hedging: Develop and execute strategies to mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and commodity exposures, utilize financial instruments such as forwards, options, and swaps to hedge against market volatilities, and establish and maintain hedging policies in compliance with both Indian and U.S. regulations.
    • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, including RBI guidelines, FEMA, SOX, and U.S. GAAP, lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for both Indian and U.S. entities, and coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits, addressing any findings promptly.
    • Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a high-performing treasury team across both regions, foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team, and ensure effective communication and collaboration between treasury functions in India and the U.S.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Candidate must have CA certification with 10+ years of experience in treasury management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • In-depth knowledge of Indian and U.S. financial regulations and treasury operations.
    • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and regulatory environments, and proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
