Job Description

The key position of Operations Executive involves overseeing data management, ensuring the quality control of policies, and updating SAIBA systems. Additionally, this role entails facilitating internal stakeholder communication and relationship management.

  • Reconciliation of Brokerage/Reward Statement with Saiba booking data & RFQ report.
  • Updating of Brokerage & Reward in SAIBA.
  • Maintaining required Remarks in consolidated brokerage & reward file.
  • Consolidation of Brokerage statements and Monthly reconciliation with SAP Sales Register.
  • Consolidated statements file to match with Bill ID report of Saiba.
  • Preparation of NE file.
  • Cancelled Invoices & Credit Notes to be tracked to match with Bill ID and Sales Register.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Insurance Company/TPA's/Broking.
  • Good knowledge in Excel and PPT.
  • Time management skills.
  • Good in verbal and written communication.
  • Should be a good team player.
