AI-Powered Communication Expert

A cutting-edge online collaboration tool designed to revolutionize the way teams communicate and drive business outcomes.

  • Features an AI-driven meeting assistant that actively participates in virtual meetings, provides contextual insights, and automates tasks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading GenAI/NLP projects, leveraging advancements in LLMs, RAGs, and AI Agents.

  1. Research and implement innovative solutions in Prompt engineering, Multi-Agentic AI, and model fine-tuning.
  2. Design and develop sophisticated GenAI applications using LLM and AI tools.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multimodal AI capabilities.
Key Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Next.js, FastAPI, AWS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and MongoDB.
  • Prior experience with GenAI/LLM projects and familiarity with RAG, Agents, Evals, and Datasets.
  • Proficiency in AI Agent frameworks such as Langgraph, Crew AI, LangChain, and LamaIndex.

Required skills include:

  • Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, WebSockets
  • Backend: Python (FastAPI / Flask), PostgreSQL
  • Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Vercel
  • AI/GenAI: STT / TTS (Whisper, Deepgram), RAG (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Weaviate / Pinecone), Agentic AI (LangGraph, CrewAI)
