About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Content Operations team as an Associate Content Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the creation, maintenance, and delivery of our company's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the creation, maintenance, and delivery of our company's products by working collaboratively across the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of data for publishing legal and regulatory products in print and/or electronic form.
  • Work regularly on various systems, software, databases, and applications to deliver quality products.
  • Responsible for accuracy and completeness of work product, including competence in scheduling and administrative systems as well as computer file management.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, prioritize own work, and participate in the performance management process.
  • Perform duties such as keying, converting, coding, copyreading, proofreading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, and validation of content.
  • Support team publishing goals by meeting deadlines.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 0-12 months of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and court, legislative, and regulatory levels is desirable.
  • Previous publishing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills, including composition/grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Strong learning agility and ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to increasingly complex and changing work.
  • Technical aptitude for computer applications and systems such as word processing and file management applications.
  • Ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments and tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem-solving on an individualized level and within the context of a team environment.
