Highly Skilled Backend Software Engineer Wanted for Dynamic Team

As a highly skilled developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient backend code using various programming languages.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database technologies, including both SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for backend architecture and system scalability.
We are flexible in terms of language but having Node.js experience is a plus. In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient backend code using Go, Java, Node.js, and Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for backend architecture and system scalability
- Work with various databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity in order to deliver high-performance backend solutions
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs in a micro-services architecture, ensuring seamless integration with other micro-services and front-end applications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (A master's degree is a plus) from a Tier-1 college
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on Node.js development
- Technical skills include proficiency in Python, knowledge of best practices for code optimization and security, familiarity with microservices architecture, and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
