Key Performance Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in statistical computer languages, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques.

  • Develop predictive analytics solutions using regression, classification, and random forest algorithms.
  • Build concept and category models using text mining algorithms.
  • Conduct peer reviews and offer recommendations on other people's code.
  • Work with back-end developers to create sustaining pipelines for web applications.
  • Document the requirements to development process.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects independently in an environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience working in a technical, operational or manufacturing environment with the ability to translate that knowledge into financial opportunities.
  • Diverse functional experience, with a desire to use data in negotiations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven history of excelling in a collaborative environment as a key team player.

This role involves working closely with technical teams, other organizations, and finding and interpreting large data sets to help predict costs. The Data Scientist will also learn and understand data resources and know when, how, and which to use.

The successful candidate will be able to identify, analyze, and solve systematic problems, while maintaining focus on the bigger picture. They will work together with the team to ensure data analysis and developed algorithms can be appropriately applied for negotiation support.

Key responsibilities include ensuring data collected, analyzed, and presented result in actionable insights for negotiation support, engaging and participating in negotiation support, and understanding high-level business objectives.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to multitask, prioritize, and project manage independently in an environment with competing priorities.
