Product and Growth Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate in Product and Growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in unstructured environments, enjoys setting up processes from scratch, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity to bring order and clarity.

  • Analyze business challenges across various departments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Interpret product usage data to uncover gaps and develop strategies for growth.
  • Develop solutions to product and user experience issues through research, critical thinking, and rapid iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and customer teams to deliver impactful changes.
  • Design and execute experiments while tracking metrics and iterating on activation funnels and retention cohorts.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, user interviews, and internal process audits to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, Philosophy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of driving projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a structured approach.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
