Drive Digital Transformation

This role leads the execution and implementation of a next-generation digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will articulate a vision and drive strategy for digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve and optimize IBP Demand & Integrated Planning in life markets, focusing on technical and functional aspects.
  • Support data analytics teams to ensure data objects (GDOs), including demand drivers, are defined, documented, and meet business requirements.
  • Identify and address business and user requirements to enhance processes, systems architecture, products, and capabilities.
  • Partner with the data analytics team to refine and validate data objects (GDOs), ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and implement proposals for continuous improvement of the IBP Demand & Integrated Planning process to achieve increased benefits, cost reductions, and optimized software investments.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in IBP and/or demand planning automation or support, leveraging industrial standards such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or o9.
  • Strong functional knowledge and 4+ years of hands-on experience with at least one of these tools (ideally with o9).
  • Basic understanding of coding languages like Python, SQL, or IBPL.
  • 7+ years of product management experience with strategic product roadmaps and cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment.
  • 5+ years of CPG demand planning with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement enhancements.
