Job Description

A SAP Customer Service functional consultant with minimum 4 years of experience in SAP CS and PM is required. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules.

The candidate will work closely with on-site team members, onsite key users, and managers to ensure that tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation.

The responsibilities include requirement gathering, SAP configuration, specifying interfaces, and data migration, testing, cutover customer and business partner management, service contract and quotation processing.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of third-party integration with SAP service and maintenance orders.

A strong understanding of client's As-Is design in maintenance, service, and warranty processes and the ability to propose various solution designs according to their requirements is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in SAP Customer Service and Plant Maintenance modules
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP CS and PM
  • Strong knowledge of third-party integration with SAP service and maintenance orders
  • Good understanding of client's As-Is design in maintenance, service, and warranty processes
  • Ability to propose various solution designs according to client requirements
