Accounting Operations Specialist

As a seasoned accounting professional, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, receivable, and expense tracking. Your primary focus will be on preparing and maintaining comprehensive financial records, ledgers, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) accurately and on time, adhering to all statutory regulations
  • Ensure compliance with GST laws, Income Tax provisions, and other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Assist in preparation of Income Tax returns and related compliances

You will work extensively on Excel, advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis. Additionally, you will handle TDS, TCS calculations, returns filing, and reconciliation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Hands-on experience with TDS, TCS, GST, and Income Tax compliances
  • Excellent Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and automation

As a detail-oriented and organized individual, you will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will be able to work independently and meet deadlines, making immediate joiners preferable.
