About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audiences.
  2. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and target audience needs.
  3. Define content goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies.

Content Creation and Management:

  1. Plan, create, and oversee the production of high-quality content across various channels, including email, performance marketing, website, and social media.
  2. Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone.
  3. Manage editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.

SEO and Optimization:

  1. Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  2. Use analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

  1. Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaigns and initiatives.
  2. Coordinate with external writers, designers, and agencies as needed.

Audience Engagement:

  1. Develop strategies to engage and grow the audience across digital platforms.
  2. Monitor audience feedback and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Content Governance:

  1. Establish guidelines for content creation, including tone, style, and formatting.
  2. Ensure all content adheres to legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how content fits into user experience design.
  • Experience with social media management and paid advertising campaigns.
