Affiliate Partnership Manager

Drive performance and growth in our US affiliate marketing campaigns as an experienced Affiliate Partnership Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing long-term partnerships with affiliates to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates promoting through Google Ads & Facebook Ads to expand and strengthen our network.
  • Designing, executing, and refining affiliate campaigns to achieve maximum performance and ROI.
  • Monitoring affiliate activities, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Upholding affiliate program policies and maintaining adherence to industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a proven focus on lead generation and pay-per-call campaigns (US market preferred).
  • A track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs effectively.
  • Expertise in affiliate tracking platforms like TrackDrive, Ringba, Everflow, Offers18 or similar tools, and solid knowledge of analytics tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivation with a passion for performance marketing and delivering measurable results.
