Job Title

A highly skilled Functional Tester is required to validate software functionality and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop test scenarios and cases based on functional requirements.
  • Execute manual testing and report bugs using JIRA or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain proper documentation of test plans, test cases, and results.
  • Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Good knowledge of test design techniques and test case preparation.
  • Exposure to bug-tracking tools like JIRA.
  • Ability to write simple SQL queries to validate data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills.
