We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a community engagement specialist. This role offers the chance to work closely with our founder and gain exposure to how transformational programs are run.

  • You'll connect with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Post-masterclass, you'll gather feedback from attendees and guide them on their next steps.
  • Maintain organized records in Google Sheets/Excel (registrations, attendance, follow-ups, conversions).
  • Support smooth engagement within our online community.
  • Work directly with the founder/mentor to understand how transformational programs are run.
Requirements

We're looking for empathetic, people-oriented individuals with strong communication skills (spoken & written). You should be comfortable making phone calls and engaging participants with warmth.

  • BASIC Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools (AI tools a plus).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
