Job Overview:

As a Lead Product Designer at Target Corporation India Pvt Ltd, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital experience and driving business growth. You will lead the development of innovative AR and 3D experiences that enhance our guests' shopping journey across our website and native apps.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for developing and contributing to UX strategy and vision for product experiences across digital platforms, influencing investment, collaborations, and the balance of new vs iteration.
  • You will use your influence to identify and pursue user-centric outcomes within and across products.
  • You will effectively facilitate multiple cross-functional working teams and collaborate across multiple design and product teams.
  • You will create design deliverables representative of the design process phase, including journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI design, and prototypes.
  • You will guide the design process and mentor junior designers.
  • You will investigate using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • You will hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
  • You will advance a culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams.

About You:

  • You have 10+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product design work.
  • You have demonstrable experience bringing AR/VR experiences to market at scale.
  • You have advanced understanding and demonstrable skills in 3D and visualization software.
  • You thrive at the intersection of design strategy, scaled solutions, and craft.
  • You have expert skills in UX and product design, structuring and planning work, and owning the design process.
  • You have advanced proficiency in product design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
  • You have strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills.
  • You have proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set your direction and communicate your approach.

Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
