Technical Leadership Opportunity

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with Java and related open source technologies.
  • High technical credibility with the ability to audit decisions.
  • Sound knowledge of architecture, web-based development, and Services Oriented Architecture.
  • Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Docker.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like GitLab and build tools.
  • Knowledge of observability tools like Elastic, Splunk, Grafana, and microservices tools.

Leadership Skills:

  • Proven track record of leading productive engineering teams.
  • Able to adapt to change quickly and consistently seek ways to improve existing processes.
  • Strong experience collaborating with Product, Production support, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
