About This Role
As a senior training manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive business training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to meet business objectives through effective training sessions.
- Lead a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Establish a culture of collaboration, leadership, and inclusivity among team members.
- Maintain awareness and inclusion of diverse perspectives in all aspects of training.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Foster a culture of lifelong learning and professional development within the team.
Requirements
- More than 15 years of experience in product and process training, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong decision-making and emotional intelligence skills.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities.
- Cultural awareness and inclusion skills.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of compliance and ethical behavior standards.
- Ability to develop professional capabilities and lifelong learning skills.
- Understanding of learning sciences, instructional design, and training delivery.
