We are looking for a seasoned leader to spearhead our SLP team's growth and success.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and mitigating losses through effective security measures. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to function in an ambiguous environment, and a passion for delivering results-oriented solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of 7-10 SLP Specialists, responsible for overall performance management, coordination, and evaluation.
  • Develop and achieve performance goals and objectives in line with INSLP vision and goals.
  • Identify pain points, process gaps, and MOs, implement solutions, and process improvements to meet OP2, IOP, and SIOP targets.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-8 years' experience in the field of Security, Loss Prevention, Shrinkage, Asset Protection, Investigations, or relevant professional certification.
  • A university degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, speaking, listening, interpretation, and written communication skills.
